As we found out above, Robusta has a fairly tart taste. Sometimes it may seem to be excessively saturated. The uniqeness of the Vietnamese Robusta is that it is not as tart as Robusta grown in other countries. There are many
feautures of growing Robusta in Vietnam. Its bitterness has an unobtrusive taste, devoid of sharpness.
Robusta coffee beans from Vietnam contain 18% of essential oils; these essential oils give the drink a sweet taste. Vietnamese Robusta also contains sugar, so after roasting, the grains turn dark brown and smell sweety.
